My Sweet Boys

At 7:20 this morning, I woke up to, "Mommy, we made you breakfast!" Nicholas and Mike brought me breakfast in bed... how sweet! I enjoyed Apple Cinnamon Cheerios, an English muffin, and bacon. The greatest thing is that it was totally out of the blue - there was no special occasion. I love my boys!

Professional Pics

Here are the results from the first 'professional' photos of Nicholas and Reagan. Of course, I was fearing the worst (Reagan screaming, Nicholas crying, Reagan spitting up, etc.) But, none of that happened! The kids were great. We got some awesome pictures... take a look!

First Tooth

It's happened... Reagan's first tooth has popped through! I don't have any pictures yet, but stayed tuned.

Family Movie Day

Today was our first 'Family Movie Day'. All four of us went to see "Shrek Forever After".

Of course, I was totally stressed out about it and feared the worst. I had visions of Reagan screaming hysterically and Nicholas falling asleep during the previews.

However, it couldn't have turned out more perfect! (except for the obnoxious lady behind us laughing like a hyena for the entire 1 1/2 hours)

Nicholas stayed awake the whole time, enjoying Shrek and Donkey while eating Skittles. Reagan watched in amazement for a while before she dozed off.

It was a great family fun time (and a pretty good movie too)!

Memorial Day

We started Memorial Day by going to Woo Woo's house to watch the local parade. It was small, but nice. There were some very dedicated people that walked in the 90 degree heat.

After the parade, we went home and enjoyed some fun in the sprinkler!

It's great having a baby. It gives me an excuse to sit in the shade and even go inside when it gets really hot! I must be getting old... I just can't handle too much sun anymore.

God bless our troops (past and present). God bless the USA.

Fun at the Circus

Last Sunday, we went to the circus with our friends, Nick, Molly, Ava, and Emily. My mom graciously offered to watch Reagan for the day (what a relief!)
We had a great time... Nicholas wasn't so sure at first. We were able to go on the floor before the show started and see some clowns, elephants, and men on stilts. Nicholas was a little scared of the clowns. However, once the show started (and I think he realized they wouldn't be any where near us) he relaxed and had a ball.

Nicholas pretty much sat in amazement the entire time. Ava, on the other hand, stood and danced a lot. (I think the cotton candy may have had something to do with that!)

What a cute picture of Ava!

Can you see all the toys in the background? Of course, we bought one of them... a thing with spinning lights - that cost $22! Oh well, it was a great day with great friends. Nicholas has talked about it constantly since we were there.
